Information on our Site
At PHERES, we make every attempt to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, color and size may vary slightly.
Our objective is to provide you with as much information and detail about your prospective purchase as possible so that you can see the beauty and shape of a particular item. In compliance with industry standards and FTC regulations, PHERES states that carat total weight in all purchases may vary 0.05 carats from stated weights.
On the site, we provide the measurement of our products based on our manufacturing specifications. Slight tolerances may be accounted for based on finishing during the manufacturing.
Cast manufactured rings can vary 0.20mm or more.
For gemstone and pearl measurements, a tolerance of 0.25mm is allowed.
For diamond jewelry with multiple diamonds, we provide the minimum total carat weight for the piece. Color and clarity grades are expressed as either a minimum or an average depending on the number of diamonds. If stated as a minimum, all diamonds within the piece are at or above the stated quality. If expressed as an average, collectively the quality is equal to or exceeds the grade stated.

Typographical Errors
In the event that the PHERES site product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, PHERES Co., Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price and reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Pheres Co., Ltd shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
These Terms and Conditions are applicable to anyone upon accessing PHERES site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability shall survive any termination.
Notice PHERES may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by another reliable method to the address, you have provided to us.
Use of Site Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden.
Impersonation of others, including a PHERES Co., Ltd or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PHERES, its independent contractors, service providers, and their respective directors, employees, agents, licensors, agents, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms.

You agree that PHERES Co., Ltd may modify these Terms and Conditions and any other policies on our site at any given time and that posting the modified Terms and Conditions on our site will constitute sufficient notice of such modifications.
Termination
Notwithstanding any of these Terms and Conditions, PHERES Co., Ltd reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use this site and to blog or prevent future access to and use of the site.
Ordering
Orders should be placed online using the shopping cart. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact us at +81 3 6452 9491 and we will be happy to assist you. All orders must be prepaid by credit card or PayPal. Orders paid via PayPal will be held until PayPal advises your funds have been received.
On Credit Card transactions, if the Bill To and Ship To are not the same, at our discretion, we will request a Credit Card Authorization Form be submitted to us.
Shipping
We offer free shipping worldwide. Once the order is dispatched we will send you your shipping information and tracking number via e-mail to the address you used to register on our site.
Your tracking number will not activate to show movement until the parcel is scanned in at the first courier-specific sorting facility generally 24 hours or so after you receive a shipping notification.
PHERES Co., Ltd ships every Monday-Friday. We strive to process your order and ship within 14 business days. Some particular items might take longer if so we will notify you via e-mail. If your order is urgent, please call us at +852 9211 7727 or e-mail us at orders@pheres.com to expedite your order for an additional fee.
Order Cancellations once placed orders cannot be canceled.
We will replace defective or damaged merchandise only after inspection of the returned goods and clear proof that the damage or defect was there before the goods were sent to the customer. In the event we make an error, we will gladly authorize the return of incorrect or defective merchandise and pay for the return shipping costs on domestic orders within HK and China. Should we omit an item on domestic orders, we will ship it to you on notification of the shortage provided you contact us within 3 days of delivery. You agree to carefully inspect all products upon arrival and report any problems or need for replacement upon receiving the goods.
Insurance
PHERES Co., Ltd ensures every package against theft and accidental damage while in transit until it is delivered to your specified address. Once the package is delivered, we are no longer responsible for your purchased goods. If you are sending this package as a gift, the person who signs for the package confirms receipt is accountable for the merchandise. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you refuse delivery. Please notify Customer Care customercare@pheres.com or call us at +852 9211 7727 if you have refused a package.
Tax & Duties
Applicable duties and taxes will be charged at checkout depending on shipping location. All other non-customs-related local taxes are the customer’s responsibility, and PHERES Co., Ltd is not responsible for reporting or paying additional local taxes. Taxes and Duties are calculated on the total merchandise value automatically after discounts or promotions have been applied.
Special Promotions
From time-to-time, we run special promotions on select products for limited periods of time. Items purchased on special promotions cannot be returned or exchanged.
User Agreement
Customers should purchase products from PHERES with the clear understanding that all products must be used at the customers’ own discretion.
Pheres Co., Ltd shall not be held responsible for any damages to property or for any adverse physical effects (including injury or bodily harm) caused by insufficient knowledge or the improper use of a product.
The user of the product is solely responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations applying to the use of the products, including intellectual property rights of third parties, VTA, import tax etc.
Pheres Co., Ltd reserves the right to update product prices at any time, for any reason. While we strive to maintain accurate and timely price information, we are not ultimately responsible for errors, omissions, or otherwise inaccurate prices on the website.
